9.8 Email Blast - Zoom Meeting Tips

Good Evening Mustang Parents,

 

By far, the most common technology issue we have seen the past few days is students not being able to log into Zoom classes. Students are clicking on the teacher’s link and getting this message:

 

 “The meeting is for internal use only. Please sign in with your company account to join”. 

 

This message pops up when students are not logged into their San Diego Unified account on Zoom. Students need to make sure they are signed into their SDUSD Zoom account BEFORE opening a teacher’s Zoom link. For more details watch this video tutorial or read these instructions.

 

Also, the link to our schedule that was sent in last night’s email did not work for everyone. Here’s an updated link.
